terms & conditions
- These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between R & J Logistics LTD services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- 1. Booking and Cancellation:
- 1.1. Booking: To book our logistics services, you must provide accurate and complete information
- regarding your shipment, including type of goods, destination, and any special requirements.
- 1.2. Waiting Time Charges:
- Waiting time charges of £20 per hour will apply if delays occur beyond the agreed-upon loading or
- unloading times.
- 1.3. Job Cancellation Fees:
- £20 if cancelled on the day of booking.
- 50% of the job price if cancelled when the driver is en route or has arrived on site.
- 2. Payment terms:
- 2.1. Pricing: Our pricing is outlined in the quote provided to you. Any additional services or charges
- will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
- 2.2. Payment Terms: 30 days from date of invoice
- 3. Driver Assistance:
- 3.1. Driver Assistance Charges: Driver assistance, if requested, will be charged at £25 on each side
- (loading and unloading).
